Villa Nicola

Welcome to Villa Nicola, a peaceful retreat located at the foothills of the Tuscan countryside, just minutes from the charming town of Camaiore. This modern semi-detached villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and local charm. Guests can enjoy their own private garden, an above-ground swimming pool, and a covered parking space—all surrounded by beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

The villa extends over two levels and accommodates up to six guests. On the raised ground floor, there are two cozy bedrooms—one double room with air conditioning and mosquito screens, and one single room with an extra bed, also air-conditioned. The modern bathroom includes a shower.
On the lower floor (with high windows), you’ll find the bright living and dining area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee makers.
Outside, a large 1000 sqm fenced garden offers a private pool (4x8m, depth 1.5m, open May–September), a sunbathing area with loungers, an outdoor shower, a gazebo with a dining table, portable barbecue, table tennis, and children’s play equipment.
